Does this confirm Citi or Accor transfer availability?
No. It is a browser-only planning calculator. Citi and Accor official pages control live ratios, partner access, availability and booking rules.
Why subtract taxes and fees?
Taxes, resort fees and other cash charges reduce the value you actually get from using points, so they should not be counted as covered value unless the official booking path waives them.
Should I transfer points speculatively?
This tool cannot make that decision. Because many transfers are irreversible, verify the official redemption path before moving points.
